Payment
Orders and payments can be done 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.  We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal.  All payments are processed in pounds sterling.  Payment can also be done telephonically.

Delivery
Standard delivery is £5.95 which takes approximately 2 to 3 working days from date of despatch. Delivery can only be made to UK mainland. We aim to despatch your goods within 48 working hours of receiving your order.
 
Overnight delivery is £7.95 and this is charged when fresh/perishable goods are ordered. Overnight delivery is from date of despatch and not from the order date. (If you order general groceries and fresh/perishable goods the total delivery charge will be £7.95. Due to the nature of the fresh/perishable goods they have to be sent as overnight delivery).

Fresh/Perishable Goods
 
FRESH/PERISHABLE GOODS ARE SENT FROZEN IN POLY BOXES WITH ICE PACKS AND NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED AS SOON AS THEY ARE RECEIVED.
 
A person needs to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. We can't be held responsible for spoiled goods if there is no-one at the premises to sign for the goods, and we will not issue refunds or returns for this.
 
Collect Instore
 
There is a collect instore option available at the checkout.  If you choose this option, we will contact you to let you know whan your order is ready for collection.  To find us please see our Visit Us page where a map ia available.  If you have a specific time frame in which you would like your order to ready, just let us know using the special requests box at the checkout, and we will do our best to cater for your needs.

Returns & Refunds

We strive to supply you with the highest quality product. If, however, we have not met your expectations, please let us know and we will be happy to arrange a refund for you. Due to the nature of the fresh/perishable goods, we may not be able to offer refunds on these products. Delivery charges are not included in our refund / returns policy unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations
If a customer wishes to cancel an order, at any point, from the placing of an order, up to its dispatch, there is no charge, and any payment taken will be refunded. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the goods must be returned to the company.
 
The customer will receive a refund, excluding the delivery charge. The customer is also liable to pay the postage charge to send the goods back to the company, via a recorded delivery service.
 
Please note that our Fresh Meats are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. If a consignment is refused by a customer, postage will not be refunded, and the value of any fresh meats will also not be refunded.
We strongly advise customers to check the condition of any parcels they may receive before signing for them, as no compensation for damage can be claimed if they have been signed as "fully fit" upon arrival. Customers are also to ensure they sign for the correct amount of packages, e.g. If an order is arriving in Three boxes, that all Three are present before signing for the goods.
