If a customer wishes to cancel an order, at any point, from the placing of an order, up to its dispatch, there is no charge, and any payment taken will be refunded. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, the goods must be returned to the company.
The customer will receive a refund, excluding the delivery charge. The customer is also liable to pay the postage charge to send the goods back to the company, via a recorded delivery service.
Please note that our Fresh Meats are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. If a consignment is refused by a customer, postage will not be refunded, and the value of any fresh meats will also not be refunded.
We strongly advise customers to check the condition of any parcels they may receive before signing for them, as no compensation for damage can be claimed if they have been signed as "fully fit" upon arrival. Customers are also to ensure they sign for the correct amount of packages, e.g. If an order is arriving in Three boxes, that all Three are present before signing for the goods.
