Romany Classic Chocate Brownies
INGREDIENTS:
330ml castor sugar
4 eggs
225g butter
75ml cocoa
75ml flour
225g
dark
or
milk
chocolate
1/2
cup
pecan nuts, chopped
1 x 200g
box
of
Bakers
Romany
Creams
Classic
Choc
Biscuits, broken
into
chunks
METHOD:
Pre-heat
oven
to 180
degrees
C and grease a 20cm
baking
tin
.
Beat
eggs
and
sugar
until
creamy
.
Melt the
butter
and
add
to the eggs, beat
well
.
Sieve the
cocoa
and
flour
and
add
to the
egg
mixture
.
Melt the
chocolate
and
add
chopped
nuts
and
Romany
Creams
Classic
Choc
biscuits
.
Mix
well
to combine.
Bake
for approximately 40
minutes
and leave to
cool
before
cutting
into
fingers or squares.
