Romany Chocolate Fudge Truffle Dessert
A dessert of pure indulgence for

occasions or
just

INGREDIENTS:
1 x 200g
box
Romany
Creams
Choc
Fudge
biscuits,
finely
crushed
250ml cream, whipped
500ml
chocolate
mousse
1 punnet raspberries or other berries
1 x 80g sachet
berry
flavoured
jelly, prepared
Fresh
berries to garnish
METHOD:
Using
a tall dessert or wine glass,
layer
the trifle by placing a
layer
of the raspberries and
jelly
at the base.
Add
a
layer
of whipped
cream
on
top
of the berries and generously
sprinkle
with
crushed
Romany
Creams
Next, spoon a
layer
of
chocolate
mousse on
top
of the
cream
and
add
another
layer
of
biscuits
.
Add
a few spoonfuls of
jelly
and a
layer
of raspberries.
Sprinkle
a few
tablespoons
of
crushed
Romany
Creams
Choc
Fudge
on
top
of the raspberries and
top
with another
layer
of
whipped
cream
.
Garnish with a berry,
Romany
Cream
Choc
Fudge
biscuit
crumbs
and a
chocolate
twirl.
