A dessert of pure indulgence for special occasions or just because you feel like it !!
 
Recipe provided by Bakers Biscuits.
 
INGREDIENTS:
METHOD:
  1. Using a tall dessert or wine glass, layer the trifle by placing a layer of the raspberries and jelly at the base.
  2. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the berries and generously sprinkle with crushed Romany Creams
  3. Next, spoon a layer of chocolate mousse on top of the cream and add another layer of biscuits.
  4. Add a few spoonfuls of jelly and a layer of raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle a few tablespoons of crushed Romany Creams Choc Fudge on top of the raspberries and top with another layer of whipped cream.
  6. Garnish with a berry, Romany Cream Choc Fudge biscuit crumbs and a chocolate twirl.
